Google API Limited Use Disclosure

RealDesk uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the RealDesk platform. (i.e. use of your Gmail account to sync your Google Calendar to the RealDesk platform)

Once authorization has been provided, RealDesk utilizes the Google Calendar API to sync and track events between the RealDesk platform’s calendar and Google Calendar, to which events can be added or removed to notify the user of upcoming events. These events include listing expiration dates, property showing dates, condition removal dates, accrual dates, client birthdays, prospect follow up and interview dates, and custom events.

RealDesk's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including Limited Use Requirements.

Your Google information is used by our system developers to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent to your user experience. RealDesk policies and procedures define requirements that prohibit the unauthorized use of data within the platform.

We place significant importance on maintaining the security and privacy of your data. Refer to our Privacy Policy below for information regarding our use and disclosure of private or protected information within the scope of the RealDesk platforms and services.

Withdrawal of consent may result in RealDesk becoming unable to provide or continue to provide the person with certain services, products or benefits, and the individual will be given notice of the implications of the withdrawal of his or her consent.

6. How We Safeguard Personal Information

In order to protect personal information, RealDesk will employ administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These safeguards are meant to protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, regardless of the format in which the information is held.

7. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you register an account on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. Your Right to Review Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
